Muriel E. Kruger April 27, 1914-Nov. 12, 1998 KELLOGG, Minn. Muriel E. Kruger, 84, of Kellogg died Thursday, Nov.

12, 1998, at St. Elizabeth's Hospital Nursing Home. She was born April 27, 1914, in Trenton, N.J., to Harrison and Ethel (Young) Edmond. She married Frank Kruger in 1933. They lived in Chatfield until 1949 when she moved to Kellogg.

She was a cook for Sherwood Cafe in Kellogg for 25 years and she also worked for Lakeside Packing in Plainview. She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, the Kellogg American Legion Auxiliary and the Wabasha VFW Auxiliary. She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Allen Kruger of Long Beach, N.C., Ronald Kruger of Orting, Albert and Bonnie Kruger of Rollingstone, David Kruger of Kellogg, John and Robin Kruger of Kellogg and Donna Kruger of Northfield, daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Lou Schact of Winona, Marilyn (Bridget) Rodriquez of Kellogg, Sally and Marvin Hoffman of Kellogg, Elaine and Donald Huth Sr. of Kellogg and Debbie Wallen of Illinois; 37 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; brother and sisters-in-law, Fritz and Rachel Palvelka of Kellogg and Mildred Harrison of Stockton Springs, Maine; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband; two daughters, Kathleen and Ethel; one grandson; two great-grandsons; and one brother. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Kellogg, with the Rev.

Harold Gavin officiating. Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery. Honorary bearers will be Richard Hartert, Richard Wilson and Gerald Sobeck. Casket bearers will be: Douglas Schact, Dale Hoffman, Joseph Kruger, Ronald Kruger, Donald Huth Jr.

and Marty Kruger. Friends may call at Abbott Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. Friday, where there will be a rosary service at 7 p.m. and at the church on Saturday one hour before the service. Abbott Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Myron A. 'Mike' Angst April 18, 1932-Nov. 11, 1998 BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. -Myron A. 'Mike' Angst, 66, of Black River Falls, formerly of Arcadia, died Wednesday, Nov.

11, 1998, at Black River Memorial Hospital. He was born on April 18, 1932, in Arcadia to Orvin and Imelda (Schaefer) Angst. Mike graduated from Arcadia High School, served in the U.S. Army from 1 952 to 1 953. He had worked at A-G Hatchery as an inspector.

He was a member of the Tickfer-Erickson American Legion Post 17 as a member of the VFW Post 10671. Mike married Mary Giemza on April 11, 1955, at St. Michael's Catholic Church. They later divorced. Myron is survived by his parents, Orvin and Imelda Angst of Durand; two sons, Andrew Angst of La Crosse and James (Kim) Angst of Arcadia; three daughters, Carleen (Dick) Nystrom of Columbia Heights, Sara (Roger Hannah) Angst of Round Lake Beach, and Deanna (Jay) Angst-Hyland of Olathe, one sister, Joyce (Francis) Reuter of Durand; five grandchildren; one greatgrandchild and Mary Angst of Arcadia.

He was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Angst on July 30, 1996. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 14, 1998, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Arcadia, with the Rev. Raymond Pedretti officiating.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Arcadia. Friends may call at the Killian Funeral Home, Arcadia, on Friday from 4-8 p.m., where there will be a 7 p.m. rosary. They may also call on Saturday from a.m. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be directed to the Arcadia Catholic School or to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

Cotter to present 'Hello Cotter High School will present the musical "Hello Dolly!" on the main stage of Winona State University's Performing Arts Center Nov. 27-29. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Nov. 27 and 28 and 2 p.m.

Marys Hospital, Rochester. He was born Feb. 18, 1926, in Hi I I a I Township to Gerhardt L. and Alma (Volkman) Miller. He married Jean Marie Rader on Aug.

4, 1995, at St. Lester G. Miller St a i I a Kostka Church, Winona. He was employed at Hubbard Milling in Altura until his retirement. Lester was a member of St.

Martin's Evangelical Lutheran Church, American Legion Leon J. Wetzel Post 9 and the Moose Club of St. Charles. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

He is survived by his wife, Jean of Winona; and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Roy. Les will be remembered fo his good nature and ready smile. He enjoyed gatherings, music and dancing. He also enjoyed the hours he spent in his workshop making bird feeders and crafts.

He will be sadly missed by his family and countless friends. A funeral service will be held Sunday, Nov. 15, 1998, at 2 p.m. at St. Martin's Evangelical Church.

Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery with the Rev. Eric E. Klemme officiating. Friends may call Sunday from 12:30 p.m. until time of service at the church.

1, 1914-Nov. 10, 1998 MADISON, Wis. Gordon Colby, 84, died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 1998, at his home in Madison. He is formerly of Fountain City, Wis.

He was born Sept. 1, 1914, in Mondovi, to Amos B. and Samantha M. (Rosman) Colby. On Sept.

4, 1938, he was united in marriage to the former Agnes Skovbroten at Norden Trinity Lutheran Church, Town of Naples, Buffalo County, Wis. Gordon is a 1932 graduate of Mondovi High School, 1936 graduate of Eau Claire State Teachers College and a 1938 graduate of the Worsham College of Mortuary Science. He was a 50-year member of the Wisconsin Funeral Directors Association and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Western Wisconsin Funeral Directors Association. Gordon is survived by his wife, Agnes Colby of Madison; daughter, Diane Colby of Madison; son and daughter-in-law, Foster A. and Margaret Anne Colby of Madison; three grandchildren, Jennifer A.

Colby-Fawcett Funeral Home is assisting with funeral arrangements. Firerescue Wednesday 1:02 a.m. Highway 43 Interstate Bridge Rescue units responded to a one-vehicle rollover. Driver was ejected and pinned under his vehicle. Units used air-bags and cribbing to lift and stabilize automobile.

He was treated on scene prior to being transported to CMH. 2:40 a.m. 8:49 a.m. 615 E. 3rd St.

Units responded to and 89-year-old woman complaining of shaking and not feeling well. Her vitals were monitored and oxygen was administered. She was transported to CMH by Winona Ambulance. 9:21 a.m. The following people were convicted in Winona County District Court and paid these costsfines andor were sentenced, according to releases dated as indicated.

Mary A. Olson, 80, of La Crosse died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 1998, in Franciscan Skemp Nursing Home, La Crosse. She was born Sept. 17, 1918, in Centerville, to Herman L.

and Leona (Stephan) Halderson. She was a graduate of Galesville High School and attended Gale College and the La Crosse Vocational School. On Sept. 21, 1941, she married Martin Olson. He died Oct.

16, 1964. Mary was a homemaker, and following her husband's death, worked for many years at Cy's Bakery oh 7th and Cass streets in La Crosse. She is survived by a son, David; a daughter-in-law, Ann; and a granddaughter, Melanie, all of Ames, Iowa. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters. Her body will be cremated.

Police Burglarytheft WINONAWednesday A worker at the Freedom station, 217 Johnson reported at 1:10 p.m. that six 20-pound propane cylinders valued at $32.95 each were stolen. A lock on the cylinders was cut.

Accidents WINONAWednesday Jennifer L. Parma, 19, 406H- E. 4th St, and Robert J. Schultz, 72, 176 Wall were in a two-vehicle accident reported at 11 a.m. near the comer of Main and Sanborn streets.

Parma was ticketed for following too closely. WINONATuesday Stephanie A. Ryan, 33, 933 Evergreen Lane, and Andrea M. Mills, 18, Le Roy, were in a two-vehicle accident reported at 3 p.m. at Broadway and Huff Street.

Ryan was ticketed for failure to yield.
