Dam lockage no cubic oer Hearing on branch bank scheduled A hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 8 in Minneapolis on the application by First Northwestern National Bank to build a branch facility in Goodview, bank President Curtis Holmquist said today. First Northwestern will be notified five days ahead of the hearing date what grounds have been cited by Town Country State Bank for opposing the application, Holmquist said. The regional office of the U.S. Comptroller of the Currency decides such applications.

The comptroller's decision may come 30 to 45 days after the hearing. Holmquist said, making it likely that a construction start for the $300,000 facility would be delayed until late February or March. When the application was announced in early October, Holmquist said the bank hoped to have approval of the application by late this fall. If it got approval then, it Intended to begin construction immediately, he said. The site picked by First Northwestern is Just west of the Penney's shopping center and just across the boundary between Winona and Goodview.

A Goodview location was picked because the bulk of the economic growth in this area appears headed that way, Holmquist has said. end I (od.iy 5-way mobile home protection All th at AlKute'i low raiev pfotetiioo of ur mobile home, improvement and mnM perianal propmy gainit lou by fire and many other harh.
